Fillets should be in the 6-8 oz. range. Sold in 1# increments, so you should receive 2-3 fillets per pound.

At pick up, we may owe you some money, or you may have a small balance due, as we will not know weight until we receive it.

Deadline to order is Wednesday at noon.

Fresh delivery will be Friday. You will receive a text when it arrives. Pick up Friday or Saturday.
