The Boys' Sunday Sauce

Tim and Kaleb present a glorious pasta sauce, made right here with OSM ingredients.

The Heirloom tomatoes take center stage, roasted with our OSM grown peppers, garlic and onions- all organic, of course. They use Italian seasoning, a dash of salt and pepper and a pinch (or a punch- We've been watching Donnie Brasco) then simmered to perfection.

The photo shows it's beautiful color, depth and thickness atop pasta, with veal and OSM greens.

We're offering this week's batch fresh for Friday, but will also be freezing some for enjoyment all winter.

The sauce is meat- free, but take note we have meatballs and loose Italian sausage offered in the store.
