Ora King Salmon

This one came by request- and we are so thankful we were introduced to it!

We have to bring it in from New Zealand, where it raised in the clear waters of the Marlborough Sounds. It's absolutely amazing.

So buttery- often referred to as the Wagyu of the Sea- It's a real treat!

It's a little pricier than our Faroe Island- as this is overnighted so it's super fresh upon arrival, already filleted and vac sealed.
