IF YOU WOULD LIKE A WHOLE SIDE (APPROXIMATELY 4#) SELECT WHOLE SIDE. THAT WILL BE AT $20# THIS WEEK. You will pay a deposit of $40 and have a balance due (around $40) at pick up. This price is for a whole side, not portioned, cut or wrapped.
At pick up, we may owe you some money, or you may have a small balance due, as we will not know weight until we receive it.
Deadline to order is Wednesday at noon.
Fresh delivery will be Friday. You will receive a text when it arrives. Pick up Friday or Saturday.
