Diced Pancetta- Dry Cured Italian Bacon

This is an incredible product. The meat is imported from Italy, cut and cured in NYC by some of the best in the business.

What we do: We divide the package in quarters, freezing each amount in bags. When we need anything that call for bacon, we pull from the freezer and saute it up. Great to add to anything you'd add bacon to, but so so SO MUCH EASIER!

Arrives fresh, with a very long shelf life. Once opened, use or freeze.
